WCA Cancelation Policies:

Guided Day and Overnights Trips:

WCA requires a 50% deposit when booking trips. Your remaining balance will be billed 24 hours prior to your trip(s) on the same card provided for deposit. Deposits are non-refundable 30 days prior to the scheduled trip date. If you cancel within the 30 day period and we are able to rebook your date(s)/trip(s); a $75 handling fee per full day trip and $300 handling fee per overnight trip will be charged. A 3% processing fee will be assessed on all refunds greater than $1,500 outside of the 30 day cancellation period. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled trip(s) require full payment. WCA recommends trip insurance for all Guided Day and Overnight Trips.

 

Guide School and Trout Camps:

WCA requires a 50% deposit when booking a spot in the Western Rivers Guide School. The remaining balance will be billed 60 days prior to the first day of the school on the same card provided for deposit. Deposits are non-refundable 60 days prior to the scheduled trip date. If you cancel within the 60 day period and we are able to rebook your date(s)/trip(s); a $300 handling fee per spot will be charged. A 3% processing fee will be assessed on all refunds greater than $1,500 outside of the 60 day cancellation period. Cancellations within 30 days of your scheduled school require full payment. WCA recommends trip insurance for all Guide Schools and Trout Camps.

 

Destination Travel and Hosted Adventures:

WCA’s Destination Travel cancellation policy will always reflect the specific policies and billing procedures of the trip operator. As a booking agent and host, WCA’s cancellation policy is not applicable to any and all destination travel trips. The trip operator will make final determination based on their policies and procedures and WCA will act as intermediary. WCA will communicate these specifics upon booking all destination travel trips. WCA recommends trip insurance for all Destination Travel and Hosted Adventures.

 

Schools and Clinics:

WCA requires a 50% deposit when booking a spot in any school or clinic. The remaining balance will be billed 24 hours prior to the first day of the clinic on the same card provided for the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable 30 days prior to the scheduled trip date. If you cancel within the 30 day period and we are able to rebook your spot in the clinic; a $50 handling fee per spot will be charged. A 3% processing fee will be assessed on all refunds greater than $1,500 outside of the 30 day cancellation period. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled clinic require full payment. WCA recommends trip insurance for all Schools and Clinics.

WCA requires a 50% deposit when booking a rod on a Yellowstone Excursion. The remaining balance will be billed 60 days prior to the first day of the school on the same card provided for deposit. Deposits are non-refundable 60 days prior to the scheduled trip date. If you cancel within the 60 day period and we are able to rebook your date(s)/trip(s); a $300 handling fee per rod will be charged. A 3% processing fee will be assessed on all refunds greater than $1,500 outside of the 60 day cancellation period. Cancellations within 30 days of your scheduled school require full payment. WCA recommends trip insurance for all Yellowstone National Park Excursions.
