Prices do not include gratuities, fishing license or national park entrance fees. A standard 3% processing fee will be applied to all outfitting payments made by credit card. Guests are encouraged and always welcome to use alternative payment methods that carry lower fees or no fees at all. WCA Cancelation Policies:Please review the following Payment & Cancelling Policies for all WorldCast Anglers Bookings Payments Initial Deposit. All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking which is refundable (minus credit card fees) until the following: -30 days prior to day trips -45 days prior to overnight trips -60 days prior to Guide School, Trout Camps, and Yellowstone National Park Excursions Balance of Payment. Booking balance will be billed on the credit card provided for your deposit as follows: -24 hours prior to day trips, overnight trips, and rowing clinics -60 days prior to Guide Schools, Trout Camps, and Yellowstone National Park Excursions Cancellations For refundable cancellations prior to the cancellation window for your trip or school, a 3% processing fee may be assessed to all credit card refunds. Cancellations within the cancellation window- that we are able to rebook within the calendar year- will result in the following cancellation fees: $150 per guided day trip $700 per guided overnight trip $50 per clinic spot Receipt of deposit and/or final payment is acknowledgment that the registrant has read and accepts the deposit, cancellation, refund and responsibility clauses for their reservation. Destination Travel and Hosted Adventures: WCA’s Destination Travel cancellation policy will always reflect the specific policies and billing procedures of the trip operator. As a booking agent and host, WCA’s cancellation policy is not applicable to any and all destination travel trips. The trip operator will make final determination based on their policies and procedures and WCA will act as intermediary. WCA will communicate these specifics upon booking all destination travel trips. WCA recommends Trip Insurance for all Outfitting, Guide Trip and Destination Travel Reservations.
WCA Gratuity Suggestions:Your guides and staff at WorldCast Anglers will always work hard to ensure you have a safe and memorable fly fishing trip. All members of our team pride themselves on personal service, work ethic, and attention to details. A nice tip to show your gratitude for their efforts is greatly appreciated. WCA’s Recommended Gratuity is in line with other service industry tipping norms – 20 – 25% is a great tip for a job well done. Please see our recommended gratuity amounts below, these amounts are based on 1 or 2 angler trips with additional compensation recommended for parties of 3. Daily Guide Trips: ~$170-$200 per trip
Overnight Guide Trips/Multi-day Fishing Packages: ~$200-$250 per day
Camp Chef/Host ~$100 per boat
Cash gratuities are preferred but most guides and staff have “Venmo” as well. WCA can process gratuities by credit card with a 3% additional fee.
