Colin grew up in the small town of Richmond, Vermont, living a lifestyle deeply rooted in the outdoors of the Green Mountains. He spent his winters skiing as much as possible at his local mountain, Mad River Glen, and exploring the backcountry of the Green and White Mountains. During the summers, Colin spent his time backpacking, canoeing and fishing in the remote areas of Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine with family and friends. His journey to achieving the rank of Eagle Scout helped him develop essential leadership skills and ensured that the outdoors would remain a permanent fixture in his life. At a young age, Colin visited Teton Valley and the greater Yellowstone area with his family, a trip that laid the foundation for his current life in the Tetons. He returned to Teton Valley in 2021 in pursuit of deep snow. During the 2021-2022 ski season, Colin befriended three of his now closest friends, who also happened to be guides for WorldCast Anglers. In the spring of 2022, Colin experienced the endless fishing opportunities of the South Fork for the first time, solidifying his decision to stay in Teton Valley. Colin began his first season at WorldCast in 2023, with the role of Assistant Operations Manager after graduating from the Western Rivers Guide School. After two seasons in this position, he naturally transitioned to the full-time role of Operations Manager.
When he is not on local rivers, Colin spends his time on the slopes of the Tetons, hunting birds, exploring the West, and researching his next adventure.
