Angry August Bingo Challenge
August can be one of the hardest month of the year for our home rivers. Low flows, warm water tempatures and the summer season pressure can add up fast. Our rivers give us everything, all year long. This is our chance to give something back and have some fun during the dog days of summer.
That’s why we’re launching our Angry August Bingo — the first challenge of its kind we’ve ever offered at WorldCast Anglers. It’s a month-long adventure built for our community, our customers and the fish that keep us coming back. Every square on the board is designed to think about our late summer main river trout water and create a journey somewhere new: a smaller creek, a higher lake, a different species or an earlier morning. You’ll fish more places, chase some amazing fish and give some of our Trout a needed rest — and we’re stacking the prizes to make it worth every cast.
This is for you. Let’s make Angry August something fun and special instead of dreadful.

All squares must be completed between August 1 and September 5, 2026. No fishing before August 1 counts — this is a fresh start for everyone.
How to Play – Step by Step
Step 1: Get your card. DOWNLOAD or Screenshot and print the bingo card PDF from our website or stop by the WorldCast Anglers Fly Shop in Victor, Idaho and pick one up in person.
Step 2: Fish. Complete a square. Each square is a specific challenge — catch a certain species, fish a certain kind of water, use certain gear or do something with someone you love. All the details are on the card.
Step 3: Prove it. Snap a photo of every square you complete. Photos should clearly show the fish, the location or the action described on the square.
Step 4: Mark it off. Cross off the square on your card once you’ve got the photo.
Step 5: Rack up bingos. Five squares in a row — vertical, horizontal, or diagonal — is a BINGO. Bingo as many times as you can until the board is blacked out. Every bingo counts.
Step 6: Aim for the blackout. Complete every single square on the board and you’ve earned a BLACKOUT. That unlocks the biggest prizes and enters you into the Grand Prize drawing.
Step 7: Submit. Turn in your card and photos before September 5. See submission options below.
The Prizes – Full Breakdown

What you win: 50% off a dozen flies of your choice from the WorldCast Anglers Fly Shop.
How it stacks: Every bingo earns another dozen. Get two bingos? Two dozen flies at 50% off. Three bingos? Three dozen. Keep going until the whole board is blacked out.
When it expires: 50% off dozen credits are good through December 31st, 2026.
BLACKOUT — Full Board Complete
What you win:
- $50 off any purchase of $100 or more at the WorldCast Anglers Fly Shop — use it on gear, rods, flies, apparel, anything in the store.
- Automatic entry into the Grand Prize drawing.
One card, one blackout, one Grand Prize entry.
When it expires: $50 off credit is good through December 31st, 2026.
GRAND PRIZE — Drawn From All Blackout Entries
One winner will be randomly drawn from every angler who submits a completed blackout board. The prize package includes:

How to Submit Your Card
You’ve got three easy ways to turn in your bingo card and photos:
Option 1 — Email Send your filled-out card plus all photos matching your marked squares to: worldcastanglersentries@gmail.
Option 2 — Instagram DM Send your card and photos as a direct message to: @worldcastanglers
Option 3 — In Person Bring your physical card and photos (on your phone is fine) into the WorldCast Anglers Fly Shop in Victor, Idaho. We’ll verify your squares on the spot and hand out your prize right there.
Deadline: All submissions must be received by 11:59 PM on September 5, 2026.
Not local? No problem. You can still compete and win from anywhere. All prizes — 50% off dozen credits, $50 off coupons, and the Grand Prize package — must be picked up in person at the WorldCast Anglers Fly Shop in Victor, Idaho. You’ve got until December 31st, 2026 to come claim them, so plan a trip out to greater Jackson Hole Area and get your prize while you’re at it.

When you submit your card, we’ll ask if you’re okay with us sharing your photos publicly. Your call — no pressure either way.
Rules
- One square per day maximum. No backdating squares to earlier dates.
- All squares must be completed between August 1 and September 5, 2026. Photos from before August 1 do not count.
- Every marked square requires its own photo that clearly proves the challenge was completed. No reusing photos across multiple squares.
- Bingos must be 5 connected squares in a straight line — vertical, horizontal, or diagonal.
- Bingo as many times as you can until the whole board is blacked out. Every bingo earns 50% off a dozen flies.
- Blackout requires every single square completed with matching photo proof.
- A valid fishing license is required for wherever you fish. Follow all state and federal fishing regulations at all times.
- All fish must be handled ethically: keep ’em wet, pinch your barbs, and release quickly.
- Be fair and honest. All photos and challenge activity must be from August 1, 2026 or later. Any suspected dishonesty may result in disqualification at Worldcast’s discretion.
- The Grand Prize winner will be drawn randomly from all valid blackout submissions on September 9, 2026.
- All prizes must be picked up in person at the Worldcast Anglers Fly Shop in Victor, Idaho.
- All prize credits expire January 1, 2027.
- All decisions by Worldcast Anglers staff are final.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many bingos can I get on one card? As many as you can fit — bingo until the board is blacked out. Every bingo earns 50% off a dozen flies.
Can I use the same photo for multiple squares? No. Each square requires its own photo proving that specific challenge.
Do I have to complete a blackout to win anything? No. Every bingo — even just one — earns you 50% off a dozen flies. Blackouts unlock the bigger prizes and enter you into the Grand Prize drawing.
What if I’m not local — how do I claim my prize? Anyone can play and win from anywhere. All prizes are picked up in person at the Worldcast Anglers Fly Shop in Victor, Idaho. Prizes are valid through January 1, 2027, so you’ve got time to plan a trip and grab your winnings.
Can I team up with friends? Each card must be filled out by one individual angler. If you’re fishing with a buddy and both complete the same square, you each need your own photo on your own card.
What if I lose my card? Print another one from the PDF on our website or grab one at the shop. Just make sure your photos correspond to squares on your final submitted card.
Do I have to buy anything to play? Nope. Playing is free. Prizes are redeemed in person at the fly shop.
Can kids play? Absolutely. We encourage it — there’s even a square for taking a kid under 16 fishing.
Where do I redeem my prize? In person at the Worldcast Anglers Fly Shop in Victor, Idaho. Prizes are valid through January 1, 2027.
When do my prizes expire? All 50% off dozen credits and $50 off coupons are valid through January 1, 2027.
Do I need a fishing license? Yes. A valid fishing license is required for wherever you fish. Follow all local regulations.
Can my photos be shared on Worldcast’s social media? Only with your permission. When you submit your card, we’ll ask if you’re okay with us reposting your photos. Tag us at @worldcastanglers and use #AngryAugustBingo to be considered for a feature.
