As winter continues, the Green River is icy and cold. Anglers should look to the Snake River directly in Jackson, WY, the South Fork of the Snake as well as the Henry’s Fork. These rivers will offer consistent wade fishing options during the winter months. Flows are low and clear which makes getting around on these larger rivers easier than during the summer time periods.
