Green River Fishing Report – (3.30.26)

As spring continues, the Green River is experiencing some turbidity in flows and clarity. If we receive some cooler days and nights, look for conditions to improve and stabilize to offer some good pre run off fishing conditions. Concentrate on slower water types with Nymph rigs and streamers. Also, don’t be surprised to see some fish eating Midges and BWOs on the surface. For other fishing opportunities, anglers should look to the Snake River directly in Jackson, WY, the South Fork of the Snake as well as the Henry’s Fork. These rivers will offer consistent wade fishing options during the spring months. Flows are lower and clearer which makes getting around on these larger rivers easier than during the summer time periods.
