Lakes Reservoir Fishing Report – (8.11.26)

After a solid season on the Stillwater, summer conditions are taking a firmer grasp on most of these fisheries. With that come weed growth and fish moving to deeper/cooler water.
Henry’s Lake: Open and Fishing Well. Fish are moving to deeper water and weed beds. Focus your efforts around deep drop-offs, creek mouths, as well as open areas around grass and weed beds. Fish like to hold in these areas. Expect increased dry fly activity particularly Callibaetis. Early morning periods are going to be the most productive.
Lewis Lake: Open. We’ve heard some good reports and expect fish cruising shallow water looking for food as well as structure and depth changes. Callibaetis and Terrestrials.
Jenny Lake: Fishing well. Look for fish cruising the shallows, drop offs and points. Be ready with some attractors and terrestrials as well.
